Ross Navarro Culinary Sculptures (RNCS) was started by Ross Navarro when he decided to work for himself creating different varieties of edible centerpieces. He used his experiences of being Chef Garde manger for almost 15 years (from Philippines, Bermuda and Canada.) to earned a lot of recognition on his award winning sculptures .Three times champion in Ottawa's Winterlude National Ice Carving Competition, six times Champion in Toronto's Nathan Philip Square Annual Ice Sculptures Competition, two times champion at the Hillebrand Winery Ice Carving Competition in Niagara on the Lake, One time champion at the Sassafraz annual ice sculpturing competition, one time champion in Plymouth National Ice Sculptures Competition, fourth place in NICA- (Chicago )NRA International Ice Carving Competition- Team Canada. Acquired awards for tallow work competition (butter& lard), Chocolate Carvings competition and demonstration.
